Definitions
Account – an account kept on the Site for a User, enabling the User to use the services offered through the Site and benefit from its full functionality.
Privacy Policy – a set of rules regulating the processing of personal data and privacy protection policies applied against Users by SE7EN.ws
Seller – an entrepreneur operating in any form who sells its goods or services, especially game activation codes in digital form to Users via the Site. The Seller may also purchase goods/products from other Sellers via the Site.
General Provisions
- If you are not yet 18 years old you need parental/ guardian approval to use SE7EN Store.
- Please make sure your computer and Internet connection are good enough to use games from SE7EN Store.
- You need to write your email address, where we will deliver your goods.
- The buyer can choose any payment method available from the Order.
- The goods purchased by the Buyer shall not be returned or exchanged if the goods were received.
- The Client undertakes to use the acquired Goods solely for personal, domestic, family purposes and purposes not related to the implementation of commercial activities.
- The store is responsible for the operation of the activation key. The publisher or developer is responsible for the technical problems of the game.
- Any personal information received by the Buyer and the Seller via the Site is confidential.
